We provide 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Items which are covered by the warranty period will be replaced at no cost to the customer. It will work with all photo & cinema standard and wide angle lenses upto 35mm.

Will it work with gh4 camera ?

Yes, this matte box will work with GH4 camera with any photo & cinema standard and wide angle lenses upto 35mm.

Will it work with Canon EF-S 18-200mm?

This matte box can only work with lenses upto 35mm. We have the following mattebox that can work with Canon EF-S 18-200mm lens : - Camtree Swing Away wide angle Carbon Fiber Matte Box (C-MB-23-CF)

What is the maximum lens dia, the knickers will fit to ?

The knickers will fit to the lenses with upto 95mm diameter.

Will it work with 5d/7d with battery grip?

This mattebox cannot be used with Canon 5d/7d with battery grip as such but we have the option of height riser incase required.

What is the frame size of matte box?

We provide two aspect ratio masks with the mattebox i.e. 4:3 and 16:9.

What is the material of matte box?

The mattebox hood is made up of strong plastic. Flags & height adjuster are aluminum made and knicker is fabric.

Which filters I can use with it?

You can use 4x4 filters with this mattebox.

Are the filter trays rotating?

Yes both filter trays are rotatable at 360 degree.

Is the speed crank included?

Yes, the speed crank is included with the kit.

Can it be installed on the "right hand" side of a dslr?

Yes, the follow focus gear is switchable between sides, so it'll fit on nearly any rig on either side. Note that the gear is only switchable, not reversible, so if you have a Nikon or Pentax or some other old lenses you'll be pulling the opposite direction.

Does it have adjustable height and width?

It has adjustable width only.

Are the internal gears metal or plastic?

The internal gears are of metal.

Can I use this follow focus without hard stops?

Yes, you can use this mattebox without hard stops as well as the hard stops are removable.

Can this be disassembled to only use the cage, rails and matte box when you don't need the shoulder portion?

Yes, you can easily use the cage, rods and mattebox separately as per your requirement / need.

Can this rig work with the blackmagic ursa?

No, this kit will not work with blackmagic ursa camera.

Can I attach a v mount battery?

Yes, you can attach a battery plate with the shoulder rig but for that you have to purchase a battery mount adapter.
